Property management is at best around only 2 x a week. No office, she clogs up the communal community room. Minimal effort on community on management's part. Annoying phone based door access, even to own apartment. Batteries constantly need to be refreshed in doors, apps are inconsistent and will boot you offline even when you had bluetooth turned on. Nice location, but kind of an outlier in customer service, if that makes sense.

On the door access system: we're sorry for the ongoing frustration with battery replacements and app... reliability. That's a real inconvenience when it affects something as basic as getting into your own home, and we will explore how to improve it.

Dusty but Nice
Great building...spacious apartments in quiet building. Great views on the south side of the building. Only issue is that the building was built not too long ago and they never seemed to clean the airducts after construction. Dust builds up quickly.
