So far we are very pleased here at McDowell point .we are happy with all the team members they are very helpful whenever I contact them.
We have met many new neighbors and enjoy the many events we are able to attend that Jim makes possible for everyone.

First apartment experience after selling my home. (Brand new building in 55 community with amenities) Very disappointing when pool never opened for season. Other amenities weren't operational after floor. Now hvac and other appliances aren't sufficient and security is lacking.

Tenants are friendly and apartments are beautiful looking but the appliances tell a different story. Going on five months without a reliable freezer (fluctuates up to 18 degrees for hours thawing frozen food to then refreeze) and microwave (not heating properly/door error when door shut). Appliance issues keep getting dismissed by building mgr/maintenance despite repeated requests to get to root cause. I had to bring in my own mini. (Not stress free living if you have bldg / appliance issues)
