The area here sucks. People will get into your cars. Weird men linger by the buildings. Someone even drove their car into one of the buildings. They’re supposed to have a pool - it was closed all summer. There is a very small maintenance staff that has trouble addressing issues. My AC was out for FOUR MONTHS before it was finally fixed. The staff does not answer the phone unless you call multiple times in a row.

There have been a few bumps in the road. But everything was take care of in the end. Most things get addressed.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend these apartments, they only have one maintenance person, and expect him to do every single thing on the property. They are petty about their money orders. You can’t be five minutes late turning it in or they won’t except it more and more young people are moving in letting their kids run around everywhere and they don’t care.

These apartments are amazing because of the management that keeps the community beautiful. My children love it here. I have been living here for 3 years and I have no complaints! Through summer to winter, they make this place feel clean. I would recommend these apartments to my friends!

my mom lived here before and I was living with her, this apartment was the best place to live in also my grandma lived there too. I loved it , it was my favorite and still is! I'm gonna get my own apartment soon, and I will pick this apartment and I will tell everyone about this!!!
