I am starting my third year here. Approximately 1 1/2 years ago this building and two others in the area were purchased by M2 Investments. This is my first time living in the big city. It is an older building and certainly has a ways to go to be in top shape. But I really think that the new company is going to keep at it till it is where it should be. I'm a pretty much always the optimist and try to see the good things here. I've always felt safe here. You have to have a fob to get in. The... parking garage is secure. The people are for the most part friendly and I haven't heard any conflicts since I have been here. The maintence is currently somewhat lacking, but that is because it is hard to find qualified maintence people right now. My apartment is clean and cozy. But then that is the way I keep it. If you live like a slob you will have trouble with pests and the like. I never have at all. I'll end this by saying I have not lived anywhere else in the city. I have nothing to compare it with so I won't. But I'm happy here. I get along with everyone. Come in with reasonable expectations of an older building and you will be fine. Read More
