After living here for a year and a half I must say that the service provided by staff is exceptional. Despite having so many apartments, maintenance busts through work orders and I never have to wait long unless there is something big being done to the property. I have made many friends with other people in my building and other buildings. I also enjoy our monthly euchre tournament.

Loving my new apartment and all of the new fixtures inside of it. I wasn't expecting it to be so modern and love the upgrade from my previous apartment complex. My only complaint is that I can hear my neighbors going in and out of their apartment when I am in my entry way or kitchen, but that is a such a small thing in the grand scheme of things, and I cannot hear anyone from anywhere else in my apartment.

Living here for as long as I have, I can still proudly say that I love living at this community. Nothing but good changes in the last couples of years and I cannot wait for the pool to open back up next year.

I just moved into my new apartment only a couple of months ago, but I really love it at Pinnacle West. My apartment is beautiful, I love that I don't have to take my trash out myself (especially with the winter weather we have now), and the other tenants in my hallway have been very welcoming. I cannot wait to start going to the events on campus after I am done getting everything unpacked. Weekly bingo in my building has been very fun.

I moved in earlier this year and am loving my apartment. I love how friendly the staff are and that they go above and beyond to help problem solve. Rent was a little tricky to figure out how to pay online by myself, but I called and the manager walked me through the steps to help my sister and I get my rent paid on time.
