These are the best and biggest apartments for the money this side of the river. The maintenance guys seem on it and the property always looks clean.

My daughter has been renting there for three months, we have visited her twice and is terrible, not really a better price than other apartments around. Some unhealthy situations have happened from the entrance doors to the rooms….!
Broken kitchen cabinet doors, bathroom door that doesn’t lock…! Sewer drain that drained back into the apartments not only hers but like three or four other tenants …. Windows that leak when it rains, it is unbelievable.!!!!

Save yourself the headache that is living in here, nasty place, lots of issues with the apartments. It should be closed until they do a proper remodeling

Truly a joke of a place. It’s very attractive because of how big the apartments are but once you’re here the only thing you’re gonna want is to live, an absolute nightmare

Don’t rent here these apartments are garbage they suck they don’t never fix nothing and they’re nasty. The people in the office are unprofessionally. Don’t do nothing about anything maintenance wise and these apartments. All they do is give you the runaround been out without air almost 3 months now and they still have not fixed it and still give me the runaround in the hallways are nasty.
