the lady in the office is extremely rude and hateful. she talks to a person in a real pissy hateful way. maintenance dont exist half the time. you cant trust some of the people that live in the area. the lady in the office, and also maintenance, arent even around half the time if you need anything. its just a horrible place to live. i would not recommend this place to no one. i give this place minus 100 stars. just awful

I have lived here for almost a year now and i got to say, the place has its ups and down but cant complain as this is the first time i have lived on my own. The neighbors are great (Except 1) the lawn and bugs are kept up to date during the summer and the sidewalks are salted and shoveled during the winter. Only downsides are its loud bc the nearby fort and helicopters fly low above the place constantly and the currently lack of a maintenance guy to repair things.

I have lived here and they do not fix anything when they do there try and charge you for it and they are known to not be fire housing if they dont like you tell give you the run around and try to put you on a private ra witch violates hud and usps usda
