I have lived @ the Lakeview At The Bay community for 4+ years and there are quite quite a few reasons for it. First of all, the customer service is impeccable. Whenever I need something done on the inside or outside of my apt, it's taken care of quickly and it's always a job well done! I'm always treated extremely well by ALL of the
It's been 5 months since we've been here and so far I can't complain. My husband and I are happy with this place. I really haven't seen any roaches but I had 1 spider once! The bug man is here every monday and all we have to do I put a request in and were taken care of! Anything that has broken, they've come in and fixed. The moment
Living here for almost a year now and going to renew. The location is beautiful and the lake and natural surroundings are wonderful. Management has been attentive to complex issues and maintenance needs are scheduled - although following up is important. Love the fitness center! Office staff is friendly and helpful. As for the o
Great location off Baseline, close to everything. Beautiful grounds and nice apartments. I've had a great experience living here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Tempe.
Lived here for 7 months, I absolutely loved having the lake just a short walk away. They have awesome fishing bass, bluegill, carp and 3 different catfish. The gym is nice and simple with a decent amount of dumbbells. The grills were a big deal to me and theirs were always functional, and good basketball courts. Now for the downside
I recommend this agency for the fact that the maintenance crew works hard everyday to make sure your apartment is up to your standards. I have heard from other residents that they are willing to be there 24:7.
I moved in this past May. I know they have new management now so Im not sure that Jordan is here anymore. Ive had positive experiences with the staff anytime I need something. But if you're the type of person who calls a lot and complains then I'm sure you will have a different experience. Im really happy with my unit and hope I can
Moved out in June, here it is September and I'm still waiting for my reimbursement from "corporate" for an issue that should never have happened in the first place. My full deposit wasn't returned because they deducted money for scratched kitchen counters which were horribly scratched when I moved in. I wrote it in capital letters on
I've lived here almost a year now, and as far as I can tell... They try. That's what I can say. Management isn't super professional, but they try. When I moved in, so much was wrong. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly (I mean, there was dirt in kitchen cabinets and rice/cereal/pasta in the pantry), the new "laminate" linole
I lived here for a couple years and had no issues except people stealing stuff from my jeep. Don't think that's their fault though, but keep your car locked!Met some pretty cool people here, loved that it's next to QT's.I got my full deposit back.
Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. I moved in about half a year ago, and for the price that you pay, it is very good value. They replaced all the carpet in the unit (free of charge), resurfaced the tubs (free of charge), and worked with me to get the appliances upgraded for a very minimal cost. Maintenance came over
Best apartment complex I've ever lived in! Great office staff and maintenance crew is always on top of it.
I move into this complex almost a year ago and I absolutely love it. I was slightly skeptical to move in after reading some of the reviews but I am glad I gave the complex a shot. First off the units are beautiful and very spacious. The river running throughout the complex is very relaxing. Especially if you are near to a waterfall a
We had a great Hot Dog Social for the residents this Sunday. Thank goodness the weather held out for us. Thank you Belinda from Wells Fargo for coming out and telling all our resident's about your services. Don't forget to decorate your patio for our Halloween Contest and drop by the office to put your Candy Corn jar guess in the
Hi, my name is Jordan and I am the Manager of Lakeview at the Bay Apartments. Lakeview at the Bay is a wonderful place to live. We have a lot of amazing residents and beautiful grounds. We have a total of 370 apartment homes here and have 1/4 of our residents who have resided with us 4 years or longer. Since a good portion of our
The maintenance supervisor goes above and beyond for this property and he deserves some recognition. We live in AZ where it is hot and uncomfortable. And every time I see him he has a smile on his face and works hard. I get that there is probably numerous ac problems, but you should think about what these guys are doing for us to kee
Started on a three-month lease then six months and now will extend another six months. Nice place to live: friendly staff, maintenance guys live on site and get to requests in a timely manner, beautiful grounds kept up weekly, safe environment, friendly neighbors.
I came in to Lakeview yesterday to take a tour, mind you it was raining. April took the time to make me feel important, and had no problem touring me in the pouring rain. The property was beautiful very well taken care of. She gave me a lot of helpful information on the mov-in process. I will def be renting here in the summer!
Reading through these reviews, it's as if these residents are talking about a different apartment complex. I moved in here with my BF a year ago (he was already here for 3 years) and we signed another year's lease.Keep in mind that there is an older part and a newer part. The older part is East of the big pool, basketball court and
You know, this place wasn't all that bad. Had a 2 bedroom for $600 a month and lived here for 2 years. It's a cheap apartment in a great location. I'm in the Seattle area now praying to find an apartment like this.I had my car broken into once when I was gone for 2 weeks. But I only lost a $50 stereo so overall I came out on top. The
I have lived here for around five years. The staff has always taken care of the issues i have, and they are friendly and they know how to do their jobs. The grounds are first rate, and the pools and ...
Lakeview is a beautiful property, the units are spacious, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and fair. I enjoyed my stay while a resident. As with any apartment or place where there are many families that have lived there, you have to expect to have minor mishaps that require maintenance...and people aren't computers so some
I stayed here more than one and half years. It has beautiful garden and nice facilities.Above all, it is very quiet and safe(gated with no exception). My one-bed unit was 853 sq.ft. with a washer,a dryer and a huge closet. Management was also great. I loved the place and feel sorry for moving out to live in other state.
I've lived here for two years and everybody was right. The old manager was not the nicest but I like the people in the office now that she's gone. It's pretty and they've got all kinds of stuff to do here. The lake is kinda like a pond, but how often do get to see water in AZ.my apartment is huge and we have a gas stove which is damn
Overall, I enjoyed living there. Parking is atrocious on the east side by the lake, much more accommodating on the west side. In two years I had a handful of maintenance requests that sometimes ...
Overall, I enjoyed living there. Parking is atrocious on the east side by the lake, much more accommodating on the west side. In two years I had a handful of maintenance requests that sometimes went ignored for a couple of weeks. The apartment layout was great. Rent was more reasonable than several other complexes I looked at in the
I have lived there for a year now and love the complex, the landscaping is beautiful and the staff is especially helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Tempe area.
The place is decent, definitely not worth the money, but the location is convenient. The plumbing is poor and the overall quality is average at best. You pay premium for the landscaping. The maintenance staff are not bad. But there is a new person in the office who is either stupid or rude. Every mention of a problem is met with a st
I'm utterly baffled by the other reviews of Lakeview at the Bay. It sounds like a completely different place than the one I've grown to love and appreciate in the year that my husband and I have lived here. The landscaping is gorgeous, a mixture of natural rocks and a stream that runs through the whole place. Ducks and other wildlife
This place has great apartments, landscaping and people who live there. It's alot of fun and the people in the office are really helpful. I would definitally recommend this place to anyone looking to be in tempe
I know everyone has their right to voice their opinions but you're getting a little carried away! I have never once had anyone in the office be rude to me nor do the maintainece staff seem at all incompetant. I have nothing but good things to say about Lakeview. The grounds are beautiful, building are nice, great location. It's Tempe
I agree the place is great the apartments are big and the grounds are beautiful. But the management is unorganized, unhelpful and get angry when you try to resolve problems. If you do deside to live there get ALL information you recieve from the management office in writing or they will deny eveything they have said to you and tell y
one SERIOUS concern is the water pressure. They must...
I've been living here 3 months and have found it to...
I live live here for almost a year...there is so pros...
OKAY SO THE LAST MANAGER SUCKED THE NEW ONE IS COOL AND CUTE TOO! THIS PLACE IS GORGEOUS AND HAS MORE PLANTS THAN A FREAKIN' ZOO. WE BARBEQUE EVERY SATURDAY AND KNOW ALL OF OUR NEIGHBORS. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE COOL AND ITS NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS THOSE MARK TAYLOR PLACES THAT DON'T LIKE ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 35 ANYWAY. ITS COOL, IF YOU D
It is funny how people write their reviews based on their experience. This person was upset because they tried to sneak in a pet into their apartment and not pay for it. This is NOT fair to all who follow all of the rules of their lease and are honest and pay all of their fees in advance. Should we reward these types of individuals o
I've live here for a little while and about to move due to my job, but it was good for me. But I have had neighboors with problems. So I guess it is kind of the luck of the draw...and I'll see how the whole check out thing goes...
I have lived in this place for a year and I just loved it. Good Community, very good access to places to go, wonderful lanscaping and upkeeping of the environment. More especially I like the lakeview from the apt complex. The maintenance team do a very good job. I had problems with my living room fan, kitchen sink and others, which t
I live here right now and love it.The apartment is really well kept, very new. The grounds are kept well, and the maintenance ALWAYS show up the day they are supposed to.Although a little pricey, it is well worth it.
Lakeview at the Bay is a wonderful place to live. I feel totally safe, never have to worry about vehicle vandalism or theft, the apartments are huge, and so nice. I really like the management except for one or two new girls who are rude. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are nice, and the fitness center is adequate. A bit expensive,
This is a very nice place to live, and very easy to the US60, but the management is TERRIBLE. They treat tenants with NO respect, and it is obvious that they either dislike their job, or are just negative people. Overall, fun, neat place to live, if you can put up with the ------- in the office.
Currently living in this community - great apartment and service has always been great. Excellent value for the money. Nhuhn (pronounced "noon") was particulary helpful.
The apartment is wonderful, the people that run it lie and do not uphold promises. But for the price, the apartment is worth it.
It's perfect. I got one of the apartments that overlooks the lake, and it's gorgeous. I heard rumors of scorpions (mostly on the internets), but we haven't seen any. (which is a shame, because we wanted to trap a few of them for fun) The staff consists of five of the nicest women I've ever met. One time our sink broke, and was f
