Great place to live if you don't use the internet a lot. What I like is the value here. Its hard to find the same amenities for the same prices throughout salt lake city. We have a dishwasher, washer, dryer and covered parking and central ac all for an affordable price. That's best part of living here. The apartments are big and spac
I enjoyed living there I felt safe especially since I was an international mature student who had relocated to Utah for a year
I've lived here for a few years now and mostly enjoy it. Very convenient to downtown and work and Red Iguana. Some basic cleanup could be better. I will see plastic cups, cig butts and sometimes beer cans strewn around the parking lot and planters -- fallout from a lot of the college kids who live here. People will sometimes not pick
Office staff is great! A bit slow on answering e-mails, but very professional. Great location, and the property manager (Carmel) does an amazing job keeping the property as clean as possible. I have seen her outside picking up trash multiple times. Apartments are clean and spacious. Love the granite counter tops throughout the kitche
The office staff is amazing! They have truly gone above and beyond what they are supposed tondo to make my stay here as comfortable as possible!
everything has been great
Overall the apartments inside are nice, parking is good, gates/secured doors work, management is polite, though the internet could be faster. My only real concern is the trash chutes get jammed a lot and the garbage outside (where we throw away dog poop) doesn't get changed enough, so people leave garbage around. It's really gross.
Thus far has been pretty good would definitely recommend
Been here for about 6 months now and it's been nice. Really close to downtown so it's only a short walk or cheap uber away.
I have lived in various Downtown Salt Lake apartments over 10 years (Center City, 9th & 9th, University, and Avenues neighborhoods), and after living here 10 months, I can definitively say this is the best living experience I have had. Moving in was a slight monetary leap from the last apartment, but the comforts and conveniences o

The apartments are beautiful inside and out. With the gated fence and key code building it's always made me feel safe living here as I am a single 22 year old woman. The main manager, Carmel, is easy to work with as long as you can communicate with her.
I love living here! The hot tub is open year round & we have convenient underground parking. It's a safe, gated community with fun residents and families. We have 4 kids that attend schools nearby. Local businesses are friendly and of great diversity. Just signed my 3rd lease ~ Mahalo #SLC
Great place to live. Love how secure I feel once I'm inside. There are vending machines down stairs by the lobby which is super awesome. Also love the maintenance help and trash shoots. The building always is clean and well taken care of.
Nice apartments and a staff thats willing to work with residents
Been living here for almost 7 months now. I really like the location of these apartments and the amenities. I really appreciate how friendly the management being Natasha and the crew. They have always been there for us and will follow up to make sure things are done right! If you like having a more secure community and be close to do
I'm almost through my second year here and I still love it. Management takes the time to get to know you and is always willing to do anything they...
I will likely have lived here for a year by the time I move out: 2014-15. I needed an up-to-date apartment downtown close to public transport that allowed dogs over 70 pounds. There are not many that fit that bill as those that do take larger dogs often have a weight limit of 65 pounds.Costs: my unit is a little under 800 square f
Random thank you and birthday cards, special "resident appreciation" type events, the management is great. They really try to make you feel comfortable and try their best to solve any problems. Natasha, the manager, takes the time to remember your name and apartment number, and makes sure to greet you with a smile every time she se
Been here for about 3 months now and I have had a great experience. You can always dig out negative things at any place but I am very happy here. The management here is really really good. Easily the best out of any apartments I have lived. They are very helpful and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I can't co
Great apartment complex. A little expensive for being a block away from very down scale neighborhoods. Don't expect to feel safe walking around late at night.
I've been living here since January and like it. Location is great. Yes, there is dog crap everywhere, but that is not managements fault, that is just rude and lazy people that don't clean up after their dogs. The dogs can't do it themselves, if people just took an extra minute, the place would look a lot better.
This place is Legit.
Our family moved in to City Station apts 4 months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it! A great place to live with or without pets! Great & friendly neighbors! Easy access to everything in downtown Salt Lake City. Trax to the airport, FrontRunner train, Gateway & City Creek shopping, theaters, restaurants, etc, etc, etc. The manag
Okay, let me set some stuff straight real quick.. The new property managers are AWESOME! They are nice and have really taken care of me. They listen to your needs and see that they are taken care of. In my opinion, they are doing a pretty damn good job! I feel like they need more recognition for their hard work. My only complaint, is
I've been living here about 2 months now, and so far love everything about the apartments. Yeah parking sucks but what do you expect when you live downtown? Management is always nice, and they have solved every request I have had. The building is also safe and quiet, you don't hear much through the walls or floors. My experience here
I just moved into these apartments and they are great! The people in the office are so friendly and my place looks wonderful.
First time I used this place today. They were fast , nice and no hard pressure sell. I will be back.
Just when I think things can't get any worse, Mambo No. 5 starts playing on the radio
644 City Station has been a great place to live. It is located right by trax which offers quick access to the U, downtown, airport, and more. The building is brand new so most units have never been lived in. I love the large balcony's, granite counter tops, huge walk in closet, upgraded appliances, and underground parking.
I moved in a few weeks ago , and so far it has been a great experience. They are still doing some work (i.e., construction on some of the external parts of the place, but it seems to be almost done. The apartments are nice and the location is great! It's near the Frontrunner station as well as the TRAX station that runs straight to
This is an establishment that I know I can trust not to up-sell me on things my car doesn't need! The staff at this location is always courteous (when you pull up they meet you at your car and open the door, then show you to the waiting area). More than once when I've gone in I've been given honest feedback about what my car does or
Had to get my safety and emissions inspections done this month. Normally I go to the Jiffy Lube on 700 East and 400 South, but my dad recommended driving a little extra to the West Side (Cookie Kwan?) JL. Totally worth it. The staff was friendlier, the waiting room was cleaner, and most importantly the wait itself was shorter.During
Great job! No surprises, usual upsell attempts re air filter and wipersOur windshield wasn't cleaned (part of the package) but didn't think about it till we left.
I love KRCL. I realize that a lot of people bemoan the changes it has undergone, including a few of my friends who worked their hearts at KRCL before the transition, but I still love it. It's the best station in Utah right now.
Tried these guys out because they're near my apartment. The good...they're fast, very professional, and when they're slow will actually throw out some specials. The bad, it's a little pricey, but I don't experience the upselling that Michael W. got. I have been going there for about a year...A+ for service and speed.
Okay, so I cruised in for a simple oil change and got hit by the major up sell ...The oil jockeys employed here tried to super size me with pretty much every automotive related test, check, fluid, and filter under the sun. It was quite entertaining to see them in action, recommending everything from exotic engine sealants to transmis
