Lived here for 4 years and will be leaving in a year for a home in NW Austin. I've lived all across the U.S. in apartments and have stayed in all different types, sizes, condos, and locations. Initially I liked the location of Sycamore springs and didn't intend to stay there longer than a year. After my first year, I sincerely enjoy
Some of the staff is really helpful and some is less. Overall quite a nice experience. Move in and move out went smoothly. Trash is charged both in the water bill and valet fee but since it's all in one monthly payment it's not really an issue. The grounds are very nice compared to your average apartment complex . The living room is
Nice apartments, a little expensive, maintenance is awesome, management not a fan
A very friendly staff , really nice amenities. Beautiful grounds and quiet environment. Definitely on the top of my list.
I lived at Sycamore Springs from 3/16 to 5/17. Overall, it was a good experience. As with any apartment, there are good and bad. Let's start with the good: my apartment was fantastic! It was a one bedroom on the 3rd floor facing the greenbelt. I had all the amenities you could ask for: vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and cei
We just resigned our lease here. Its a nice community, a few issues I've had: our stroller was stolen from the breezeway(not really the apts fault, just kind of irritated those kinds of people live here). We got blamed for the cigarette butts in the hallway that were not ours. Parking spaces are wayyy too small on our side of the com
We lived at the Sycamore Springs Apartments from December 2015 to March 2017 and have never had an issue. We signed a 15 month lease which gets you the best monthly rate. The ladies at the front office are very friendly (though sometimes busy, so you may have to wait to be helped, even if you're there to pick up a package really quic
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Elizabeth, Patti and the entire office are just awesome. Whenever I have a maintenance request, John and his team are right on it. Fast and efficient. The entire Sycamore Family are outstanding. Thank you. Sam
My fiance and I have been living at Sycamore Springs since September and I have nothing negative to say. I never thought I would ever enjoy living in an apartment, but it has been so easy living here. Everyone is really laid back, but not to the point the place is unkept or anything goes undone. We are actually considering renting ano
We want to thank the Office Staff and Crew for being professional and responsive to our requests. We have been here for over 4 plus years, enjoy the pools, hot tubs and work out rooms, never crowed. Signed up for another year!
Great maintenance. Gut goes above and beyond to fix all the problems we have. Has beautiful counter tops and have had no major issues with the complex. Would definitely recommend.
We have been living here for six months. We love the layout of the apartment. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The office staff is friendly and follow up on things in a timely manner. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment.
As a previous employee, and a current resident, I thought I would provide my thoughts on this complex-This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I was speechless the first time I walked into my apartment because it was so beautiful. The vaulted ceilings and the incredible attention to detail could not be overlooke
Having to move from a different city and find a new place to call home can by challenging, to say the least; Sycamore Springs helped to make my transition seamless! The property itself is attractive (inclusive of exceptional amenities), and it is also in a great location that is quickly accessible to major highways and surrounding ar
Lovely modern place in a great location in northwest Austin. Staff is friendly, ground are kept nicely, and a huge set of awesome amenities
One of my favorite places to live since I've been in Austin. The last place that I lived at was so noisy. I'm pretty sure that I saw a drug deal go on outside of my apartment and maintenance was a joke. About 5 months after I moved in to Sycamore Springs, my dishwasher conked out on me. Within two days, I had a brand new dishwash
I have lived here for about three years and I have always enjoyed my experience. I think it's funny people expect the world with things, when it is an apartment. It is MEANT for me to be a temp place to live until I get married and move into a house. I like my rent price too. My rent went up $25 each year signing a 15 month lease. Be
I've been a resident at Sycamore Springs it seems like forever. I give a full 5 stars. The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful and I could go on and on. The property is always well kept and if there is something that needs attention it gets taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you!
Lovely, SAFE, QUIET, property, TONS of large, mature trees & great shade, lots of nice grass, always landscaped, feels like a nice condo property and not a apartment complex, has open spaces, nice neighbors, a playscape for the younger ones, NO bugs ever, EVER in years & more than one unit. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable maintenan

I've been a resident here for over a year and am loving this community! The maintenance staff is on top of their stuff and there are some friendly girls at the office (Tiffany for sure) to help with anything you need. I especially love the 2 pools and manicured grounds... looking forward to another lease at Sycamore Springs!
I've been a tenant since June '14 and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! The grounds are well maintained and the trees and landscaping is lovely. Front office has never been anything but attentive and kind when I've visited. I get packages from Amazon probably 2 times per month and have only had 1 instance where a package didn't
This place is amazing. Tiffany helped through the entire process of becoming a new resident. She was on her A game. Very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made it a very smooth process. Thank you Tiffany!!! 5 stars
I've really enjoyed living here the past couple years and my wife lived here for 7 years before I moved in with her, so she definitely likes it.The thing I like most are the 2 pools and hot tubs, although I wish they were available for longer hours. My last apt had 24/7 access to the pool/hot tubs so maybe I'm spoiled. The staff has c
Pros: This is a hospital system who truly values the patient experience and does more than lip service to implement the concepts of "just culture" and "high reliability". We are unlike any other behavioral health hospital in the area, since we incorporate a holistic approach to patient care, including yoga, exercise, and healthy eati
Pros: I have been employed at Dublin Springs for the past three years. I have been provided with several training opportunities that have allowed me to further my knowledge in this field. The company truly cares about it's employees.Cons: Some difficulties associated with it being a start up; however, those have now passed.
Pros: The culture of Springstone is above and beyond any company I have ever worked for. They truly care for their employees and it shows in the positive morale of the staff. I feel honored to be part of such a great organization.Cons: The only downside of this job was the expected challenges that come with opening a brand new hospi
Pros: Flexible scheduling for staff nurses. Care providers are emploiyed here who care about the patients and positive outcomes. Therapists we work with are great and are valuable to the patients. PCA's are the hardest working employees of the hospital and the units could not run successfully without them. Benefits are great.Cons: N
Pros: Very engaged and employee oriented administrative staff. Every member of the administrative team makes an effort to engage their staff, and make sure they have what they need. A very laid back and comfortable work environment. Very friendly and personable staff.Cons: As a new hospital, there are bugs to be worked out with proc
Pros: Excellent environment, facility and staff. Everybody genuinely cares about the patients and the environment of making them comfortable and helping them. Outstanding leadership team, support staff and employees! Couldn't have made a better choice!Cons: Interpretations of policies consistently. Communication.Advice to Managemen
Pros: I transitioned from restaurants to the Highland Springs location. Best move I have ever made. Very rewarding to be a part of our patients success in treatment. Allows me time with my family and have a real quality of life out side of work. First time in a long time for me where I can honestly say I love going to work every day.
Pros: It is a positive, welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment. The people who work here are amazing and so easy to get along with! There is guidance and adaptability to fit the needs of patients and staff. No two days are the same which keeps work exciting. Employee opinions matter and there are several committees that empl
Pros: Worked for this organization for almost 4 years. Great company, opportunities for advancement and relocation as they expand.Cons: Hard work and long days.Advice to Management: Keep focusing on your human capital.
Couldn't be happier with this choice. My apartment is much bigger than my last one yet I'm paying much less. Sure the property is a few years old and I don't have "granite" counters but everything here is much better than the majority of places in Austin. The front office persons are professional and helpful. I would recommend this ap
Pros: Carrollton Springs is a great facility featuring caring and highly qualified staff and management. Employees are offered many opportunities for development and growth.Cons: The facility is in need of physical expansion to meet customer demand. Work space for staff is congested and there is limited space for staff meetings and
I have lived at Sycamore Springs since 2008 and I love it here. The community is peaceful, parking is ample and over the past 8 years I have seen so many wonderful improvements, and it just keeps getting better. I have known many people that work in the office and they have all been so kind and helpful with all of my needs. The maint
I was surprised to see this complex was given poor reviews. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming! During my visit I was shown the entire property including both pools and both weight rooms! My paperwork was super organized and easy to follow as well. I was also given every resource with a phone number to make my
Pros: Beautiful building with great staff who are really like one big family. The team work at Dublin springs was something to be proud of.Cons: Administration seemed to be slightly disconnected from the direct care staff at times but they were making a greater effort before I left.
Pros: Everyone there from the top to the bottom treats you as if your family and team work is awesome alsoCons: No real cons you come in do what's is expected and enjoy yourself
Pros: I did work with a great team at Carrollton Springs and there are good employees there. Got along with my boss well. They started doing a lot of employee engagement activities which seemed to boost morale, they can be a little cheesy but fun.Cons: Very high turnover, specifically in management. Very minimal pay raises. If you d
I moved into Sycamore Springs last fall with my girlfriend into their 2 bd 2ba floorplan and we?ve had a great time living here. The apartment is very spacious and works very well for us as a ?first? home together. The location is convenient, though can be pretty busy. Our apartment doesn?t pick up any street noise, so it works for us, though maybe not
I'm very surprised to read any negative reviews about Sycamore Springs. I lived there for 4 years in two different apartments and I loved it. The office and maintenance staff were top-notch and when health issues caused money troubles for me, they were understanding and helpful. The property was sold during my last year there but the
Overall my husband and I really enjoyed living in our actual apartment. We rarely had any issues with our unit and the maintenance usually happened pretty quickly and was fixed the first time. The amenities are okay - the gym at the front is a LOT nicer than the one in the back. Half of the treadmills and equipment didn't turn on cor
I have lived here for 5 years and have never experienced what the bad reviews are referring to. My rent has never been lost, when I have had repairs they have been completed promptly. I moved from a 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom with no issues what so ever. When my A/C went out on a Saturday morning they had someone in to fix it within 2
I like for my reviews to be nice and neutral and give kudos when kudos are do and correct people when corrections are due. First off Ive been here for almost 2 months. The person below that said it cost $22 to pay online wasnt telling the entire truth. If you pay with a credit card it cost $22 if you input your routing and account nu
Fantastic staff! Tiffany went out of her way to help me answer questions. She cared and was very genuine. I have already signed a lease some where else, but wish we had someone like her on the staff where I am now. I have previously lived at sycamore springs and love the upgraded units.
I liked living there. I moved at the end of December 2014 due to job relocation. I did get an ungodly rent increase offer for renewal. Though I am aware of rising costs in Austin, it was insane. I would recommend it now because there is not any room for much of an increase anymore. The gym and equipment are not the latest and greates
Pros: Duis condimentum augue id magna semper rutrum. Nullam justo.Cons: In sem justo, commodo ut, suscipit at, pharetra vitae, orci.Advice to Management: Morbi a metus. Pros: Although it is a small company there are opportunities for advancement within departments.Cons: Not as many benefits as there are working for a larger company. Incentives are minimal, employee reservations are next to impossible.Advice to Management: Lots of micro-managing happens because departments don't have good leadershi
Been here for 3 plus years love it, staff is helpful and maintenance guys work hard. Pools with hot tubs.
In our experience living here, we have had the normal experience of dealing with an older building. The staff is awesome, and very understanding. My garbage disposal pipe broke, and the maintenance men were quick to respond and quick to fix it. The only complaint I have is the water is either scalding hot, or too cold for the shower.
Pros: Duis sapien nunc, commodo et, interdum suscipit, sollicitudin et, dolor. Pellentesque habitant morbi tristique senectus et netus et malesuada fames ac turpis egestas.Cons: Morbi a metus. Phasellus enim erat, vestibulum vel, aliquam a, posuere eu, velit. Nullam sapien sem, ornare ac, nonummy non, lobortis a, enim. Nunc tincidun
Pros: An abundance of hours to pick up. Scheduling is very flexible. Supervisors are all nice and usually text instead of call you if they need more staff (which is nice if they text you at 4am and you're asleep). Usually openings to advance to higher positioning. Upper management does listen to your concerns which is nice and helps
Pros: Aliquam id dolor. Class aptent taciti sociosqu ad litora torquent per conubia nostra, per inceptos hymenaeos.Cons: Nullam feugiat, turpis at pulvinar vulputate, erat libero tristique tellus, nec bibendum odio risus sit amet ante.Advice to Management: Proin mattis lacinia justo. Pros: I believe that senior management has the right direction in mind, and are not complacent about trying to achieve that. Hours are generally abundant, with little low-census time. There is potential for promotion, and to move within the parent company. There is opportunity to gain experience here. There is a true open door policy
Pros: Plenty of opportunity to get hours and experience as a new nurse, better pay with shift differentials than starting salary at major hospitals in town, good place to work while in school, relatively easy job, direct supervisors helpful.Cons: Management is young and struggling with staffing and scheduling, lack of effective lead
Pros: Proin mattis lacinia justo. Vestibulum facilisis auctor urna. Aliquam in lorem sit amet leo accumsan lacinia. Integer rutrum, orci vestibulum ullamcorper ultricies, lacus quam ultricies odio, vitae.Cons: Pellentesque ipsum. Nulla non arcu lacinia neque faucibus fringilla. My husband and I were very excited to live at Sycamore Springs when we moved to Austin. The campus is beautiful, the apartments are spacious and well though out, and we love the many areas to walk your dog. When we moved in I had 2 maintenance requests for them to fix, and then ended up adding a few more. It has been over 2.5 weeks a
I've lived here for over 9 years. Love this place and the location. They'll work with you if the rent gets hiked up too much. Can't say enough awesome and nice things about them! Just transferred into a larger place with my boyfriend and they made the stress of moving go away. ADORE them and I'm not leaving for quiet some time!
Great apartments considering we moved from LA. The price is dictated by market value so even if you are a good tenant, your rent will be the same as a new resident moving in. Other than that, it is still a little cheaper than most and close to everything. Downtown is about 30 minutes and if you moved here from another city, thats not
We have lived here over two years and it is great. the grounds are kept nice and the property is is old enough to have marvelous trees and hedges. They are undergoing a renovation of apartment homes currently with many add features like new appliances, granite counters, wood faux floors and more.
I lived here for 23 months, ending September '13. Overall I loved the apartment, the layout was great and the appliances were fairly new. The few times I had to call maintenance out they were quick to come out and got the job done. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a quiet apartment with nice grounds a
My husband and I have lived at Sycamore Springs for the past two years and we have very much enjoyed our stay. The only reason we're leaving is due to a need for larger space as well as a location that's closer to both of our jobs. The positive points of living here:-VERY spacious apartments at an affordable price. The layouts utilize
I've lived here a couple of years now and have had very little interaction with the staff (the best kind) and all service requests (what few I have) are handled quickly and completely. If I had a complaint it would be that management is stuck in the 80s when it comes to rent and water payments (wait for a paper bill for water and ad
Pros: Nice place, good people, good management Cons: Avoid an apt near the road.. Too noisy..
Had a friend who previously was a resident. I visited quite often. The place was actually very nice. The units were well-kept and very clean. Maintenance was always prompt. Likewise, she never had a problem with the leasing office. Seemed to be a nice mix of recent grads, young families, and retirees. Location was also nice.Th
