A great value for a nice enough apartment. My one bedroom is incredibly spacious. I've always had great experiences with management and maintenance, which is hard to come by.
I have really loved living at Shenandoah. The community is quiet and safe. When my air conditioning broke maintenance came out to fix it right away. This was a great first place to live when I moved to Lafayette, and I would highly recommend it!
I lived here for three years and loved it! The location is great, only a few minutes drive to I-65, downtown Lafayette, and campus. The neighborhood is very quiet and I always felt safe. The office staff and maintenance guys are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Shenandoah for anyone looking for an
Best place to live in Lafayette! Centrally located to everything I needed, great price for the quality of the unit, multiple options and floor plans, emergency maintenance is fantastic, and such a great staff to work with! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
I have lived at Shenandoah since 2009. Cannot think of a better place to live. Everyone is amazing and friendly. If there is a maintenance issue, the problem is fixed immediately--right down to a cookie press disk that gets stuck in the garbage disposal!
Great staff and nice apartments! For the two times I have needed maintenance help, they were at my apartment, fixing the issue, and gone within 30 minutes.
Amazing place to live -- office staff very helpful and friendly! :) Absolutely love the community!
My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about living at Shenandoah for 4 years. We lived in a one-bedroom apartment here for 3 years, then moved to one of their one-bedroom duplexes and have lived there for 1 year. The office staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs, maintenance requests are always answered p
I've never had great luck with apartment complexes up until now. I'm definitely looking forward to renewing my lease! Extremely friendly/helpful staff, nice space, fair prices. I've never had a problem with any neighbors--very quiet for where it is situated!
They sent a repairman the moment I posted this review, weird!Anywho I'll rewrite a bit. While the included appliances work properly, the models are of lower reputation, such as Hotpoint and Whirlpool. They aren't exactly $600+ units but seem to get the job done. I'm used to apartments in Carmel, IN and Fishers, brands like Maytag a
Great place to live. Friendly, helpful office staff; very prompt. professional maintenance staff. Only moved away because we wanted to live downtown. Would recommend to others.
The only thing I did not like about our "cottage" was the location - we wanted to live closer to downtown where we could walk, bike, etc. That is the absolute only reason we moved. The office ladies were WONDERFUL in helping us when we had issues, and the maintenance crew was top notch. They have been, by far, the best landlords w
Very good n helpful people. I support the community.
I rented a duplex unit here sight-unseen when I was accepted to graduate school at Purdue. We've lived in one of their duplex units for a year now, and feel lucky to have landed here. The maintenance is fantastic -- their guy Chris is competent and fast. They take care of all of the snow quickly, and even shovel a path all they way u
Nice, clean pool, in a fenced-in private area. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
I used to live here before I bought my house and I really liked it. I lived in a one bedroom. There was almost always a good parking spot where my building was, the office staff is awesome, the location is perfect and the apartments themselves are really nice. Only thing I didn't like was that rent was $635 for one bedroom.
We've lived in one of their duplex units for a year now, and feel lucky to have landed here. The maintenance is fantastic -- their guy is competent and fast. They take care of all of the snow quickly, and even shovel a path all they way up to your front door for you. The fitness center is nice, and Munger Park down the street is a ni

This place by far is the best place I have ever lived in. The staff is great, the maintenance is amazing (less than 20 mins to come and fix any issues), and the apartments are well kept for the age they are. I have only lived here for a year and a half, and wish I could have stayed longer. I graduated, and unfortunately I have to mov
