The information about this complex is misleading. It's not senior living for independent active adults. Many residents use walkers and wheelchairs, some are receiving home care or attending adult day care. 90% of the tenants have reserved handicap parking. Very few active adults. Onsite activities are not geared toward active adults.
I was not advised that the unite I accepted did not havd a bathtub, only a... shower stall and the apartment was not cleaned or sanitized well. The toilet seat in the bathroom should have been replaced. It had a brownish stain on the seat and cover. Plus there was a dull unpleasant order from the bathroom and master bedroom. I bought and changed the toilet seat myself and sanitzed the bathroom and the odor went away. More care should be taken when cleaning for new move-ins, especially when it's a senior living facility. One of the hallways has a leak that needs repairing. There is a pail under the leak to catch the water.
