As a whole a nice place to live and its more than just an apartment. Lots of amenities and activities. Great for dogs.

The apartments are quite lovely, and the amenities are great. Everleigh is so close to everything that I rarely have to drive for more than 10 minutes (usually only 5) to get anywhere. Something I really appreciate is how safe I feel here.

It’s falling apart little at a time.
Maintenance is lacking on the overall level of the building.

Situated in close proximity to the ocean, harbor and Cape Cod Bay as well as theaters, restaurants, houses of worship, health care services, transportation centers, shops for books, clothing, household needs, food and beverages, Everleigh Cape Cod remains a quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped and maintained home for many satisfied residents who enjoy living here.
