I didn't know what to expect at a 62 community, at first. But after my tour with the manager, I thought I with be okay with staying at Avenu at Natick. I thought the facility was clean, lots of natural light which I love. The place is very secure. The calendar is full of activities to participate. I especially love the pool. The best part about the pool is that it's heated. They have a small garden of you love to be outdoors.
I couldn't be happier with where the building is located.... It's right across the street from the Natick Mall. We have several grocery store you can settler from. Everything is close or with in 5 - 10 minutes drive.
I've worked in the quality field for a very long time. I wish that it doesn't came to me naturally but I naturally observe everything
After my observation, I think the management and maintenance crew do a fine job of running the facility. I find that they are on top of everything that goes on at the facility.

My wife and I are extremely impressed with the first-class quality of lifestyle and amenities that Avenu at Natick provides to its residents. Everyday feels like being on vacation at a 5-Star luxury resort!
