Leaking Ceiling in unit for over a month

I wouldn’t recommend my dog to stay here. The way they treat the elderly is appalling. My family member ceiling has been leaking over a month with no resolution from the incompetent property manager ( just hired) and maintenance manager. Maintenance manager is rude and unprofessional in his demeanor. They just drag their feet when there’s an issue. If it was their loved ones maybe they would feel differently. I just feel sorry for all the other elderly folks in that complex who have no one to... check on them, no telling how they’re living.
