My Dream

The Evergreens at Columbia Town Center was my dream for retirement. It is safe and convenient to everything I need or could wish for during my retirement years. I'm on a fixed income and fear that my dream for a safe and secure ploace to live may come to an end soon because thr rent keeps going up by at least $100.00/mo every year. My income (fixed) does not keep up with these increases. My dream and hope is that I would be able to live out my life here. It's beautiful, well maintained and above... all safe. The residents and staff are caring and friendly and make this feel like a true home.
