Very bad management
Management isn't involved, the 3rd floor celling is cracked plaster is falling. We have been told it would be fixed and all repainted never happened. Elevator broke down we were told 2 weeks to fix I'm wheel chair bound no way to get off the 3rd floor...and on and on they just want there money. Trash rooms never cleaned stink so bad. 1st floor apt have water problems.
