I moved to this property 3/2026. I will start with the good news, I love my apartment. My primary complaints are related to safety and building issues. There have been multiple fire alarms since my move-in.The frequency of the alarms seem unusual and may be due to a flawed fire alarm system.I am one of several residents who slept through a recent fire alarm at 2 AM in the morning because we did not hear the alarm which apparently can only be heard faintly in some apts and loudly in others.... Another safety concern is doors that are supposed to lock and close automatically are in need of repair .When these doors are open, it allows for unwelcome intruders compromising safety and drawing critters into the property. There is a need for more than a part time housekeeping person in order to keep carpet in hallways and stairwells vacuumed and free of debris and windows clean around the building. Although, the building is new construction, the walls and stairwells are in need of a fresh paint job due to multiple scrapes, scuff marks and plaster damage from furniture hitting walls during move in process. I am hopeful The Willows will be a safe and beautiful place to reside for myself and my fellow residents for many years to come with a few improvements.

The initial move in date was November/December of 2024. So far, move in has been postponed numerous times. The latest date they have given is September 2025. When you go by the property there are rarely contractors and if there is, there are only a couple. For some reason they thought it was important to build the garages instead of completing the actual apartments themselves. My parents sold their place expecting a move in in April. Very inconvenient, very unprofessional and obviously doesn't... care about their residents and good customer service. I'm dreading management if we decide to still have my parents move there. As we wait for the latest date of move in, we will look for another place to go instead. Absolutely terrible. Read More
