Ashley is absolutely fantastic! She took me, my husband and his mother around on a tour and managed to show us the value and beauty of the Village. My husband and his mother were not sure that the cost was worth it until she showed us everything they have to offer. When I say you almost NEVER have to leave, and really we didn’t want to. My mother in law is 69 and was living alone, looking at trailers, and it would have cost more for her to remain alone and have ZERO of the amenities, safety,... security, and not to mention community that is just the friendliest folks I’ve met in a LONG time. Not only did she help us get my mother in law in, she found discounts that she had available to her for being a GM Retiree, but she has been going ABOVE and beyond by helping allow the furniture that my mother in law’s brother who lives out of state, ordered for her to be delivered before she moved in. We have been communicating with Ashly almost daily for about 3 weeks via text, calls, and emails, and she is a true professional and person who genuinely cares about people. I recently moved my parents into Allegria Village Senior Living Community and have found their sales team and overall onboarding process into the community to be spectacular. My parents have lived in the same home for 40+ years, so this is a big move for them as I'm sure it is for all new residents. I appreciate knowing that they will have much less home maintenance to tend to and that the Allegria staff and residents welcomed them from day 1. On top of the warm welcome, my parents are taking... full advantage of the amenities available to them (indoor pool, a remodeled gym, and healthy meals from the cafe, the convenience of Comerica Bank at their fingertips, as well as grabbing small items from the convenience store. They are also anxiously awaiting the opening of the dog park - fencing just went up - for when their grand-fur-babies visit.
