River Village apartments is nothing more than a haven for drug addicts and drug dealers. One of the security guards that worked there had a brother that came into the bulilding and robbed an elderly man at gunpoint. He was not fired until long after the incident for other reasons. The staff is well aware of all of this but chooses to ignore everything that goes on there.
