Great senior community: tasty meals, fun activities, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Friendly, comfortable living. My mom loves it!

Moved my father moved in last month and it was the best decision ever! His apartment is gorgeous and has a washer and dryer in the unit. He loves all the activities and is finally feeling independent again. This was the best choice for our family and am thankful we found it!

I have been very happy since moving into Centre Meadows. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in and the maintenance has been on top of all my issues since then. I'm so glad to not have to keep up a house anymore. I love the events that have been offered and have made some good friends here too. The gals in the office really try to help you get plugged in. It has been quiet in my room and I really like that I can have my meals delivered. Good job Centre Meadows!

During the tour Centre Meadows seemed top of the line. WRONG
From not having the correct keys to not being 100% Senior living this place was a huge mistake. Moved out after 4 months.
The front office staff only supports you until you sign the lease. After that you can't find them to even get the right key to the front door. It's not quiet with the young people living there. The meals we were told were available only actually came 3 days a week.
When we gave the required 60 days notice for... medical reasons they came up with a list of bogus charges over 2 months after we moved out. Demanded payment in 7 days even though the charges were not substantiated and they kept our deposit.
Please think long and hard before even considering this place. The office women are beyond wretched.

This place is way too expensive for what it is. When it was just a senior complex it was fine. However, after signing a two year lease,for my father, under the idea of it being senior only; they changed the rules. Old Mgt team did a nice job; the new mgt is poor communication and does little to handle issues that occur. Mant. is poor, and for being a a new building, things are breaking fast.
