These complexes are fill with smoke to the point that there is smoke cigarette soot dripping off the walls in units. Maintenance has is witness and capture photos of soot in unit. Property manager has been made award multiple times my multiple residence. They have no regard for other health. The second hand smoking is just as dangerous as smoking its self. I Do not recommend living here especially if you have children, asthma or if you value your health!

It doesn't matter how many times you call and complain they will not do anything about the marijuana and cigarettes smoking that takes place in these apartments.

DO NOT move here! The Updates are cheap. The buildings STINKK! and are Gnat infested! Washer and dryer stays Broken, not to mention they only have 1 washer in my building. Windows leak every time it rains. I could go on. Move elsewhere.

I was a longtime resident of Greentrees, left at the end of last year. While the time spent was generally satisfactory, there are a few issues worth mentioning. First, two years ago, they had a contractor come into my apartment to re-glaze my bathtub. I was instructed I had to leave the apartment all day because of the fumes and that a maintenance person would be around to supervise. When I returned that evening, 2 cans of coins were missing from my apartment. When reporting this to management,... their attitude was very evasive and one individual, Christy,  I think her name, told me she was friends with the owners of this company and displayed a confrontational attitude. I find it disturbing that management allows their outside contractors keys to the individual units. Next, I had repeated issues with my air conditioner. I was told for years it was going to be replaced. It was finally replaced the last year I resided there (was a resident since 2007). Upon leaving, there was a discrepancy with a water bill; I believe I was overcharged. While an inconsequential amount of money, if such actions are repeated to enough residents, it adds up.  I find it interesting that the water company just changed their name. I've called the office repeatedly and emailed corporate, but no answer. There were repeated roof leaks over the years; brought it various roofers, but the problem persisted for some time before it was finally resolved.
