Management has refused to address how terribly cold it is in the apartments on the main level. Residents are layered in blankets and winter boots trying to stay warm and maintenance refuses to help. The whole place was remodeled a few years ago and residents were outfitted with cabinets that don’t work or they can’t even access. Management and maintenance staffing issues are overdo to be addressed to make this a safe and comfortable place for our aging community members.
