Not worth it

Typical apartments where they will nickel and dime you for everything they can when you move out. The apartment manager Kim is totally and completely worthless. She never answers her phone. When she needs something from you, she's on you like white on rice. If you need something from her...forget it, she's nonexistent! The pool is open for 3 months out of the year, and for only daytime hours. The fitness centers are a joke- a treadmill, a bike and some rinky dink dumbbells. The changer in... the laundry room is frequently out, and Kim said it's not her job to maintain them. The washers work fairly well, but there's only a couple of dryers that will dry your clothes in one cycle.

Don't believe all the reviews from these local guides. They're probably getting paid. This place really isn't worth what they charge.

They'll find anyway they can to take your money. Through hidden fees and will squeeze you for all you got

Most strict apartments

You will be falsely accused of throwing away large items, making spills in the parking lot, or even muddy foot prints. ALWAYS ask for camera footage to be looked over so you are NOT charged for something you did not do. There is no space for storage in the units, you do not get the luxury of in unit laundry. Laundry is pretty spendy especially if you do it more than once a week. You cannot leave your guests unattended in the pool are or your pool privileges may be revoked. If you have... complaints about neighbors, nothing will be done. You cannot hang items from patios, whether that be towels, lights or plants. You cannot have children’s play equipment left out on patios or have chalk on patios/ sidewalks. Dogs will be DNA tested and will need to use the designated potty areas. If not cleaned then you will be charged. When using washer and dryer you need to clean both machines of ANY debris including pet hair. The apartments look lovely, are in a great location, but it is not worth it. Rent goes up every year and you can find better with the same price.

Great Suburban Living

Great new complex. Lots of great amenities - pool, community room, theater room & exercise room. New updated appliances. Common Areas always clean. On top of lawn maintenance & snow removal. Great management.
