Not worth your money. They will continue to raise your rent and make no improvements to the building or your apartment. You will also catch heat for turning in things to fix at your apartment. The management is horrible and unfriendly. If they decide they don’t like you, you will be treated very poorly.

Parkwood Pointe continues to impress me. I have lived here for a year and recently signed for another year. The staff are nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I have had a couple instances within the past few months interacting with office and maintenance staff and they have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend making Parkwood Pointe your home.

I moved into the Parkwood Pointe Apt's over 3 years ago after I found it on Apartments.com & I was very happy to find this small treasure in my neighborhood close to work. It is very secure and has a fantastic management team who are always so helpful and friendly. It is always clean and management is always quick to clean up or fix anything that goes wrong in our apartments. It has a wonderful sense of community any many of the neighbors become friends.
