Nice , Peaceful Environment for you and your family. Lot of greens and open places. Nice and useful community amenities . They got some excellent stuff member in the office. They are very helpful. I worked with Dave and Jonathan. They both are very professional and always helpful. Would also like to give a shout out for the maintenance team. They fix the issue and make your stay here comfortable.

Avana Minnetonka is a great location and a great value for their floor plans. My unit is spacious and I’d consider it affordable to be in the area that I am in. Having a great experience so far!

Avana is affordable, but you can tell based on the facilities. The customer service in-person has always been professional.

The office management staff here is absolutely outstanding! Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported, and it really shows in the way they handle requests quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and personable, but they’ve truly mastered it. Their excellent service makes living here an even better experience. Highly recommend!

I’m really impressed with all the upgrades happening around the community! The garages were fully cleaned out, which made a huge difference, and now the parking lots are set to be redone as well. It’s great to see the property being taken care of and improved for residents.
