We recently toured this establishment for my aunt, and the team was so helpful. Actually, they managed to exceed our expectations in many ways. We had a glitch with required paperwork that resulted in having to spend hours on site to process the application, but we think it was worth it. Ralph assisted us, and he was professional and courteous. My aunt got the 6-months free move in deal, which is to die for. Thus far things are looking up, and we are happy to have auntie move into a secure place... , that is kept in immaculate condition and the amenities are beyond impressive.

RENTAL AGENT REFUSES TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT
After deciding not to rent an apartment at Oaks Landing, the rental agent, Ryan, has not as of yet, returned my $350.00 deposit. The deposit was promised in 2 weeks. It has been 10+ weeks. I have filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney Generals Office.
