Staff and residents are all friendly. Many community activities every week. Our apartment overlooks a pond. Every year we have geese, mallards, and occasionally deer. Walking distance to HyVee, A couple miles to Costco, Target, Walmart, Sam's. Great underground parking available.

I have been here a year, moving back to Rochester from Florida. Never rented before, it has been an excellent experience. Turns out there are many here like me who feel the same way. At this time of life, it is a lot easier way of living, that too seems to be the consensus. So, I just signed up for another long term lease and am looking forward to each and every day.

I love living at Forte! The apartments are brand new, comfortable and luxurious.It is very peaceful here but there are also lots of activities and events that residents can participate in.The library,movie theater and patios are great.
