Don't apply to Owasso Gardens. I was given the run around for three months and made to jump through hoops with ridiculous demands. I was told by the manager verbally and in emails that we had the apartment to then be ghosted and almost left homeless. Much of the information they required was unnecessary and intrusive.

60 unit "seniors" apartment allows dogs and children, but has no nearby playgrounds or dog parks so dogs will be pooping in the narrow grass around the building or on the neighbor's sidewalks, and children will be playing in the parking lot.
