They make it look nice in the pictures but its not. Doors that don't work, trash in the hallways. Neighbors that blast loud music for hours on end.

I asked them what do I sign to be able to give 30 days notice and I signed. When I came in to finalize my move out they said they needed 60 days and they told me that.

If I could do it again I would have went with a nicer place.

Stay away from these apartments they will rip you off from your holding deposit they will lie to you they say holding fee is refundable when it's really not so please stay away from them thank you

My daughter made if very clear when calling that although she would be living alone, se needed my name on the lease to qualify as she just finished college and is just getting her career going. She also said that this is what we are doing at her current residence. After being told that this was no problem we made the trip over just to be told that they don't allow this and I would need to physically move in in order for her to get the place, something that is simply not feasible. If thy knew... what they were doing and had been honest and upfront in the first time, we could have saved a lot of time and could have been looking at other places and possibly found a place for her by now. I loved my apartment! They have a huge walk in closet and it's close to major stores. It is also close to the beautiful Lake Phalen too. There is also a playground, grill, picnic table and a bench right outside each apartment so it's very nice. You doesn't have to go far to have fun

We had just gone through looking for an apartment, applied here, and found another one that fit us better, called to cancel the deposit check, but they would not refund it. We had applied to two other apartments that help the check until we were accepted, and they voided it even a month later, this place cant void after 7 days, which is ridiculous.
