Recent repairs in my unit I had entered several repair requests at the same time and all were adressed in a timely manner and completed on the same day. I really appreciate that the door hanger that was left for me let me know maintenance had been there and what had been done. Thank you!

This place was built in the 1960's and hasn't seen a renovation since. The floors creak horribly and the entire building has a moldy smell and is infested with bugs during the summer. The walls are paper thin so will hear everything going on in your neighbor's apartment. The elevator breaks down frequently and there is no parcel service. All packages are just dumped on the floor in entryway of the building, so most will be stolen. Management is rude and unhelpful (if you can even get in contact... with them after you sign). Wayzata itself is a very nice place, but this apartment complex is like a slum.
I sincerely regret moving here and will be leaving as soon as my lease expires.
