The workers in the office are never professional . Always rude anything you call . They will let your apartment fall apart & never come fix anything .

This apartment is very unprofessional and unorganized. Management will constantly lose your receipts and claim you never made a payment. On the website it shows a swimming pool filled with clear water. The pool in real life has yet to be filled and is old and cringy looking. Problem with theft on the parking lot and do not forget your clothes in the laundry room or it will potentially get stolen. If you call about any maintenance issues it will take forever to get fixed and maintenance is not... only rude but have no knowledge of what they are suppose to be doing. Also if you plan to move you have to hassle them about getting your security deposit because the receptionist will give you the run around because the property manager is dodging your calls. If I could give no stars I would. The office staff is incompetent. They move at an obscenely slow pace. The staff is rude, incompetent, & just flat out ignorant. Don't attempt to rent from them. You get what you paid for & that isn't really much.
