I enjoy living here. It is conveniently located near businesses and medical facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend to any active adult over 55 looking for an affordable retirement alternative.

Whether you’re 55 or 85 you’ve got to at least check this place out. Ask all the questions that you can think of and your questions will be answered right then or in due time. You can’t feel more welcomed. You would believe that you were the only renter that mattered because they treat your request and your needs Very seriously and take care of you. It’s very nice to know that they’re that real.

I was one of the first people to move to Viva Bene St Peter’s, and I have to say it is definitely the best place I’ve lived. Ashley, Donna and Matilda are so kind and considerate of all your needs and concerns. There couldn’t be any better staff. I would also like to say, every resident I have met are so friendly and we are all so happy to be in such a caring community! Thank you for a great development!

The staff at Vive Bene are a very professional, friendly and engaging. They work well together that example and leadership trickles down and through the residents. VB is a safe, affordable, pleasant and lively place to be in community. It has been an excellent move for us. Live Well
