Cockroaches are rampant

I have photos of the door to my mother's apartment here. There are FOURTEEN cockroaches on the surface of the door and SEVEN cockroaches on the top edge of the open door! This is completely and unhealthy and unacceptable! Management has been unresponsive to this critical health concern!
