The Truth about this place.
First of all I am a tenant here and I believe they don't care about the property. I'm still here because apartments are hard to find.They allow tenants to smoke in their apts and on the property,especially at the front entrance where People are coming in and out.I witnessed residents walking their dogs see the Windows of tenants where they relieve themselves. drugs are daily being brought in or around the property by some of the tenants here. the homeless are sleeping in some parts of the... building, doors are being rigged to stay open for anyone to enter. They have had inspections but never resolve the issues of smoking and filth in some of the apts. I always observe drug users entering the property some with keys.landmark properties doesn't seem to care about this place, so why should the people who live here.
