Not only does it take weeks for maintenance to check on the issue, the office will also mark the ticket as complete before it’s fully addressed.

It seems the apartment complex is getting better. No clubhouse, no pool, no maintenance until a few months ago. Beautiful location and nice apartment.

Increasingly more frustrated and disillusioned with the staff turnover, lack of communication, terrible timing of the clubhouse and pool makeover, ridiculous long wait times to have maintenance issues taken care of to name a few.

This has been the most disappointing, frustrating and difficult move I’ve ever had. The communication has been abysmal. We have called near a hundred times on 5 different numbers and never once had anyone pick it up. Our emails go answered basically every time. Even showing up to the office we’ve found it to be unstaffed.

The unit itself is not up to the standard of what was advertised online, in person, and over email. Only around half of the renovations that were advertised were actually done... . And there is a long list of details that were just completely missed in the unit, like missing lights, toilet paper holders, locks that don’t match our keys.

The clubhouse and pool have been under renovation for quite some time, and despite being told it would completed by September they seem to be making no progress and of course have not communicated anything about this either.
