Since Angie has been the office manager here she has really made it feel like home!! She tries to accommodate everyone. She is efficient , hard working, and always pleasant. Sometimes she goes above and over board to try to get everyone to feel better where they reside at. Creating a family atmosphere is very important to her.

The elevator is broken once a week, so be prepared to take your groceries up stairs
They secured door to get inside of the building is always broken, allowing homeless people, and other people... to walk
When it breaks, it takes them a month to fix it
One time there was a homeless guy sleeping on the couch in the lobby. I had to call the police myself because the property manager said she was on the way, but never showed up.

There’s a schizophrenic woman that carries around a gun everywhere claims she’s homeless and there’s people out to get her
She pulled the gun on an autistic kid that lived in the building, called the police and still lives there
A resident got caught jacking off on the couch in the lobby
I lived on the third floor above the gym I hear thumping at 5 AM through the walls
Good luck finding a stud to mount your TV They’re like 5 feet apart I don’t even think that’s legal
The elevator always stinks and smell smells like wet, dog and weed

I contacted this property for information to prepare for a relocation to Greensboro. I found the manager I spoke with to be very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my multiple questions, and even went and took a video of an available unit for me, which was immaculate and clearly well taken care of. It was very obvious that the manager genuinely wanted to help me, loves the property at Kirkwood, and loves her job. Under Nicoles new management, life living here has drastically improved. She listens to the residents and hears us out, and the list of positive changes within months has been endless. I feel much safer, secured and valued!! Whenever a problem arises, it is quickly fixed, and communication is top tier. I can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend this complex and am happy to say I’m a resident. Thank you to Nicole and Heather for everything!!
