I consider living at Hilltop Terrace a blessing, there are so many good things here, like having an elevator, there are 4 floors, so YES having an elevator is a blessing! Our laundry room is nice, it's also not expensive to wash & dry. At Hilltop, we DO NOT PAY for water or trash pickup which also saves the tenants money. Cathy our office manager & Jeff our maintenance specialist are nice & kind people. Just don't, because you will absolutely regret moving here so much, that you're dreaming of breaking your year lease. I only came to this drama-filled nursing home for psychos because it was the only place I could afford. I'd almost rather be right back living on the streets. These people are going to make me lose what little sanity I still possess.
Also, if you end up here because you're poor (like me), don't bother bringing any issues to the office manager, unless it's an issue that will... earn her and the maintenance man more money. Anything other than that will get your laughed out of her office, while she tells you that it's your own fault you're having a problem, or that you deserve the issues you're having.
The only bright side is that the apartments are relatively nice. Just ridiculously small. Read More
