Album Matthews is new and clean, with daily events for the whole month. I've experienced other tenants are friendly. Being an active 55 apartment there are exercise equipment for all tenants. There are 4 floors to Album Matthews 55 apartments. Periodic reminders to all tenants that other tenants below can hear abnormal noise and to be respectful of others' peace of living. Overall, I'm pleased with living at Album Matthews.

I love living at Album Matthews. My apartment suits me perfectly. As a nature lover and Artist I have lots of natural light and a spacious outdoor balcony. I especially enjoy the weekly social events that bring residents together. After 6 months, it feels as if we have formed a family. Thank you for making lifestyle a priority.

Concept of Album at Matthews is absolutely great. However, after you live here, you find out that there are shortcomings that don’t seem to improve overtime. The occupancy of the complex I found out yesterday is 50%. That may sound good after only a year, but with the lack of 55 and older active communities in this area, I would think that we would be getting filled faster. I have tried to pass the word to all of my friends in any senior I hear who is trying to downsize. If there is anything... further that I could do to help, I would be more than happy.
