Concept of Album at Matthews is absolutely great. However, after you live here, you find out that there are shortcomings that don’t seem to improve overtime. The occupancy of the complex I found out yesterday is 50%. That may sound good after only a year, but with the lack of 55 and older active communities in this area, I would think that we would be getting filled faster. I have tried to pass the word to all of my friends in any senior I hear who is trying to downsize. If there is anything... further that I could do to help, I would be more than happy.

Moving from another State, I had some apprehension coming to NC. The moment I walked into Album Matthews, Ashleigh calmed any concerns I might have felt. The building is lovely and Ashleigh is the very best. I actually try to stop and talk with anyone that might be here to “check out” our residence. I can’t say enough good things about it. I’m very happy to be here!
