Manor 3 is an excellent place to live. We appreciate the value of the community in comparison to others in the area. People are friendly and pets are allowed. It is a good feeling not to have the responsibilities of owning a home.

We have been really pleased with our living experience at the community. Everyone is very friendly and caring and if you call maintenance they are always there right away. Lisa at the front desk is amazing. She is always helpful if you have a question.
