We have lived at Sedgefield Shelby for several years, management and maintenance excellent, close to hospital and downtown, grounds are kept neat, I would highly recommend living here

I’m a Current tenant of just 6 months. My favorite things about living here is how everything is built solid. Also every unit has their own space , unlike the new apartment communities. We have our our assigned parking spaces, our own personal mailbox at our door, and no one above you. My unit has a laundry room with storage. It’s Very Quite and relaxing. I have live in many homes and apartments over the years. This is what I would call a perfect balance of affordability, and comfort.
