Welcome to Gatewood Village, a nationally recognized Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). Our community offers thoughtfully designed, one-story... living for seniors aged 62 and older, or 18 yrs where the head of household is mobility impaired, as well as for those with mobility impairments.

Gatewood Village features 30 one-bedroom units and 10 efficiency apartments, each with comfortable carpeted or vinyl flooring. Residents enjoy the convenience of included utilities — electricity, water, and trash services — all covered in the monthly rent. (Telephone and cable services are optional and resident-paid.)

Our community is 100% smoke-free, with designated outdoor smoking areas available. Rent is income-based, typically set at 30% of an eligible resident’s adjusted income, factoring in allowable medical expenses.

Pet-friendly policies make Gatewood Village a welcoming home for your small companion, with pets allowed up to 12 inches in height and 15 pounds in weight. A pet deposit of $300 applies; flexible payment options are available.
