No Air Conditioning
This building is for low-income senior citizens, many of whom are not in good health. The Management office refuses to properly maintain the air conditioning system. This past weekend, they told their residents that “they (Management) would be going away for the weekend and would not be able to be reached” knowing full well that their a/c system was broken and that temperatures were forecasted to be nearly 100 degrees both days with very high humidity. This is an ongoing issue with this... building. The air conditioning was frequently broken last summer as well.
