This community has gone down a lot in the past 5 years. I would never move here now. Poor cleanliness,security,broken amenities,poor communication etc etc. not a great place to live!

I doubt you would want anyone to read my summary of living here, Abby and Eric are always helpful and easy to talk to about any issues but the actual rental process was the best part of my experience (Farzana is friendly, thorough, and excellent at her job)
Unfortunately once moved in she is not involved with the day to day life here at plaza - not so grand

The Plaza Grande at Garden State Park has strong potential based on its location and overall concept, but the living experience falls short of expectations for a community positioned at a premium price point. Basic maintenance issues often take too long to resolve, communication from management can be inconsistent, and building infrastructure — including lighting, elevator performance, and accessibility — needs meaningful improvement.

With more responsive management, proactive maintenance, and... attention to accessibility and safety details, this community could better align the resident experience with the rents being charged.
