This is a Newark Housing Authority Projects.
Beware! All of NHA Apartment Complexes are ;Filthy, drugs, crime, rat, roaches, bed bugs, mold infested apartment complex. The management put in work orders. But nothing repaired. Call Code Enforcement still nothing done.
