I scheduled a tour in web site and got email confirmation for Saturday morning. But the office was closed and there was nobody when I arrived. I called and left a message, and waited for 30 min but nobody called me back. They should not open appointment windows if they are all off in weekend. That was waist of my time and ruined my day.

From the moment we moved in we encountered quite a few issues. The W/D wasn’t working so I had to use the other apartment’s, ceiling fan wasn’t working right, the stove has missing parts. And of course, the best part is - the walls are PAPER THIN, and the building is settling. I took photographs of the walls, ceiling and floor- these cracks are very concerning! We have addressed the noise issue to the manager and nothing was done. Our experience in this building is very unpleasant. Will... definitely not renew our lease.

The structural design, quality of building materials, and construction standards are abhorrent, along with management. We had issues from the moment we moved in. So many issues that we broke our two year lease six months into it. Run do not walk away from New Bridge Crossing.

This building is lacking so much. There is no onsite management or maintenance . Property manager leaves early and can not be found most of the day. The building does not get cleaned over the weekend and if you have a maintenance issue it will not be resolved until the following week. Packages are just left in the mailroom for the taking.
The worst thing is the noise. You can hear everything from your neighbors up and down my upstairs neighbors are so loud day and night . The rent is very... expensive to have all these issues. Do not live here you will be sorry you did.
