Safe, Comfortable for Seniors
I have lived at Colonial Park for a year now, and I am very happy. The apartments are subsidized so the rent is only 30% of your income, whatever your income happens to be, even if it's only Social Security. The building is solid, clean, quiet, safe, and very well maintained. I never hear noise from my neighbors. All the folks I have met are nice, and the staff are super helpful and responsive. There is a nice garden area in back, social gatherings, meal service and housekeeping available. I am... very thankful to have a safe, secure, comfortable apartment at Colonial Park.

Worse place
This is for seniors and they treat us like zoo animals. They don't care about us. We have a major mouse problem. The building us unsafe.
