The Overture is a beautiful and welcoming community. Everything from the beautiful pool and hot tub area, the gym, and the apartment appliances and facilities, is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The community is very welcoming.

My five years at Overture have been wonderful. The office and maintenance staffs and the other residents have all been friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy the Thursday happy hours, which have given me the opportunity to meet many other residents. I also enjoy the musical entertainment following happy hour.

Overture Albuquerque is an adequate adult community. However, there is not enough designated Handicap Parking even though there are many current residents who require the use of assistive devices for walking. The Fitness Center, Yoga Studio, and Movie Theater are nice facilities to have in house.
