Overture Albuquerque is an adequate adult community. However, there is not enough designated Handicap Parking even though there are many current residents who require the use of assistive devices for walking. The Fitness Center, Yoga Studio, and Movie Theater are nice facilities to have in house.

I love the community at Overture Albuquerque. I think we have the best staff that provides many activities. The residents are so helpful and supportive to one another. We have a beautiful garden in the courtyard with an enjoyable sitting area to gather with other residents.

I have been here over five years and it has been a very good experience. The staff has been very helpful with any problems I have had, and there are activities available if you want to participate.
