I have lived at Three Fountains for going on five years. I hope to live here for many years to come as it is a wonderful apartment complex. I live on the second floor, and I rarely hear my neighbors below or above me. Maintenance is excellent. Whenever I have put in a request, it’s generally taken care of the same day. The buildings and the grounds are also kept very clean. Lastly, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The apartments, buildings, and grounds are kept beautifully. Maintenance here is the very best. The thing that is lacking is friendliness and courtesy of certain office staff. I, as well as others I know, have been treated rudely on occasion by a staff member. There seems to be an attitude of policing residents rather than serving them.
Therefore, if there is one thing here that I believe should change it is a more resident (people) friendly reception in the office.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the hallways and grounds are continually kept in the highest order. Also, the residents seem to genuinely care for each other. In addition to secure paid parking, a beautiful pond with amazing water fountains, and extensive amenities - the Three Fountains staff show genuine concern for the comfort and happiness of their residents. I absolutely LOVE it here!!

Stellar ! Many yrs now & even better this last yr or more ! And, my twin & I enjoy our eternal green green grass of home we grew up with in Mich! And, of course, the water & ducks too!!

Three Fountains has been our home for almost six years. Our need for community, cleanliness and occasional maintenance repairs have bee met. There’s a lovely park in the center of the buildings which adds a real at-home feel. I highly recommend.
