I am a disabled person that gets around in a wheel chair. I can tell you that the sidewalks are not handicapped accessible at all. I have fallen or have gotten stuck in the rocks they have on the side of the sidewalks I have had to summon help to get me up. They claim that they are handicapped accessible. Maybe on the inside but not the outside. During the winter storms with all the snow a lady had fallen off her wheel chair from the sidewalk and had been been laying in the snow for quite... some time. They try and make u pay for repairs that weren't your fault such as if the repair had to be made on the inside of the wall. I went a whole month or more without air conditioner in the hottest part of the summer. They don't spray around for bugs. I need an accommodation that they want to charge me for. I came up with a cheaper solution should I choose to leave I can take with me. This place is not handicapped friendly at all.
